Combine salt, pepper, and paprika, then sprinkle over shrimp and toss to combine.
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium/high heat. Once hot, add shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes per side, until fully cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the pan and cover to keep them warm.
In the same skillet, add garlic and butter and stir over medium heat for 1 minute until fragrant, stirring frequently so that garlic does not burn.
Pour in wine and broth and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add the shrimp back to the skillet. Add fresh parsley and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over shrimp, as desired. Stir gently to combine the shrimp and serve immediately.
