Toss together the salt, pepper, and paprika before adding it to the shrimp.
In a large skillet, preheat the oil over medium-high heat. When heated through, add shrimp and cook for 1–2 minutes on each side. To keep the shrimp warm, take them out of the pan and cover.
Stirring often to prevent burning, add the butter and garlic to the same pan and cook, stirring, for 1 minute, until fragrant.
Cook for 3–4 minutes after adding the broth and wine.
Reintroduce the shrimp to the skillet. Cook for a further 1-2 minutes after adding fresh parsley.
As desired, drizzle fresh lemon juice over the shrimp. The shrimp should be combined gently before being served right away.
