This potato may be made and ready to eat in about 30 minutes, with the bulk of that time spent in the oven baking. Since I usually have everything I need to make them in the cupboard, I can whip them up nearly every night of the week without having to go to the shop.
When it comes to crisp, crispy potatoes, there are two secrets. One thing to remember is that you should not boil the potatoes before roasting them.

Secondly, cook potatoes at a high temperature for a shorter amount of time. This will result in crispier potatoes.
However, I’ve discovered that baking these potatoes for a shorter amount of time at a higher temperature not only results in a quick side dish but also results in an additional crispy texture that makes these garlic parmesan potatoes one of my favorite dishes.
