Onions & Beef-Liver

° 2 pounds of beef liver
° 2 onions sliced
° 4 tablespoons butter (divided)
° 2 cups flour
° 1 tablespoon salt
° 1 teaspoon pepper
° 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Add 2 tbsp. Transfer butter to a large skillet & heat it on heat. Adding onion rings tranches & stir to caramelized. Time golden, remove from heat & wrap in aluminum foil to keeping warm. While the onion is cooking, combine the flour, salt, pepper, and pepper. Submerge liver in the mix and set apart. Time onions are removed from skillet, melt rest 2 tsp. butter in a pan, then adding liver. Cooking on medium-high heat, flipping time, 3 min per side. Remove them as soon as they are tender, and do not overcook the liver.
Serving liver with crushed potatoes, broth & caramelized onions on top.
