Garlic herb roasted potatoes carrots and green beans
Love the great taste of the Herb Roasted Potato with Garlic Carrot and Green Bean recipe, but not all the hard work? Let your slow cooker do it for you while you spend your time on other fun activities, and of course lunch or dinner in my opinion.
Preparation: 15 min cooking: 30 min
400 g of carrots
4 potatoes (Agata)
12 oz. beans-green ends trimmed, halved
3 tablespoons of fruity olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1 pinch of ginger
1 pinch of Espelette pepper
1 pinch of coriander powder
1 pinch of cumin
1 pinch of cinnamon
Peel and chop the garlic.
Combine the spices and add the chopped garlic.
Peel and wash the vegetables.
Cut the carrots into sticks and the potatoes into cubes.
Pour the oil into a bowl, add the mixture of spices, salt, and pepper, and mix.
Toss green beans in the bowl
Add the vegetables, toss for the spice coatings.
Preheat the oven th.7 (210 °).
Line the baking sheet with baking paper.
Place the vegetables, let them cook for 30 minutes, turning them from time to time.
