Beef Roast Pot

Ingredients:

  • Small carrots
  • 1 potato
  • 3 tablespoons creole spices
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp celery chips
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 cup water

Beef Roast Pot

Direction :

  1. Chopping potatoes and carrots
  2. Roasting beef – season with ingredients and sauté on a pan on the stove
  3. Place in a casserole dish
  4. Add a glass of water
  5. Add more creole spices to taste and cover with tin foil
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 2.5 hours
  7. Tin removal – add carrots and potatoes
  8. Place in the oven again and bake exposed for an additional 30 minutes or as desired
