My absolutely favorite thing in the world is easy chicken recipes. I have about a million of them, and I never get tired of making (or eating) them. This delicious melt-in-your-mouth chicken is just another amazing recipe to add to the list!

This Creamy Chicken Bake only needs four ingredients and about half an hour in the oven to become the best dinner ever. Now that’s an amazing dish!

You’ll look like a chef with this dish, but this couldn’t be more simple. My absolute favorite type of easy weeknight meal to make on a whim. After you’ve made it once, you’ll remember it for a lifetime!

This moist and tender chicken is as easy as smothering the chicken breasts in caesar dressing and parmesan cheese. The parmesan helps to thicken the sauce and it all bakes down to cheesy creamy perfection.

No need to even season the chicken because the caesar dressing already has enough flavor to go around!

  • Chicken Breasts
  • Caesar Salad Dressing (try my homemade recipe)
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Sour Cream

How to Make Caesar Chicken

This baked chicken caesar recipe couldn’t be easier.

  1. Just place the chicken breasts in a baking dish,
  2. Smother it in a caesar dressing and sour cream mixture (SO creamy),
  3. Then bake chicken in the oven for about 30 minutes at 375°F.
  4. Broil the chicken at the end for just a couple of minutes,
  5. Then cover it and let it rest before serving.

Baked Caesar Chicken

Caesar Chicken this so really simple baked chicken recipe just includes 4 Ingredients and requires less than 30 minutes to create. It is creamy, easy, and full of flavor.

  • 4 chicken breasts-boneless  (skinless)
  • 1 cup caesar-salad dressing
  • 1 ½  cups  parmesan-cheese grated
  • ½  cup  sour-cream  (optional)
  1. Heat oven to 375°F & spray on the inside of an 8x 11″ baking-dish with cooking-spray.

  2. When the breasts are irregular thickness, then pound them (put in a Ziploc-bag and onto a flat-surface) into a even ¾"-1" thickness using a meat pounder.

  3. Sprinkle the breasts with grated Parmesan-cheese & freshly ground black-pepper & set them in the prepared baking-dish.

  4. Whisk together Caesar dressing & sour-cream in a small-bowl. Pour on the Caesar or sour-cream mix over every breasts then sprinkle grated Parmesan-cheese on the top.

  5. Set the prepared chicken in the oven & bake at 375°F for half an hour.

  6. Turn the oven to broil & then broil the breasts an extra 2-4 minutes till the chicken turns golden-brown.

  7. When completed, a meat thermometer should register 165°F when stuck in the thickest aspect of one of their middle-breasts. Remove from the oven, cover loosely with foil & permit chicken to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

  8. Serve! You can garnish with chopped-parsley, if desired.
