Aka Lemon Lush
An easy cold lemon dessert (also known as leafy lemonade) made with a crumbly rind and topped with creamy layers of whipped cream and lemon pudding.
° 1 cup flour
° Half a cup of butter
° Half a cup of walnuts + extra for the face
° 8 ounces soft cream cheese
° 16 oz cold whisk
° 1 cup powdered sugar
° 4 small (3.4 oz) cans of instant lemonade pudding
° 5 cups of milk
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut the butter into the flour. Mix well and add the pecans. Place in bottom of 9 x 13 skillet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
Whisk cheese cream with sugar powder. Fold the cool whip in half (about 8 ounces). It spreads over the crust.
Mix pudding lemon and milk. Whisk to thick. Spreading on layer cheese.
Pour and stir the remainder of the cold whip on top. Sprinkle with pecans.
Putting it in the fridge to be ready to serving.
