FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Do I have to use halibut?

If you can’t find halibut or want to go with a cheaper option you can also use cod fillets for this recipe!

What can I serve with these?

You can serve with any of your favorite side dishes for dipping sauces. French fries are always my favorite option. Of course, you must have tartar sauce for dipping.

What temperature do I need to set my air fryer?

These will be cooking at 325 F degrees and you do not need to preheat your air fryer first.

Why do I need to flip halfway through?

This helps get a good browning on each side of the fish sticks and helps to ensure that they cook evenly.

How do I store leftovers?

These cooked fish sticks can be stored in an airtight container or zip-top bag in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. They can also be frozen. Store in a freezer-safe sip top bag in a single layer. They will keep frozen for 3 months.
